Scottie Scheffler Headlines Star-Studded RBC Heritage Field at Harbour Town
Fresh off his Masters triumph, World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler (+400) leads a star-studded 69-player field as the PGA TOUR gears up for the fifth Signature Event of the 2024 FedExCup season – the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links.
Scheffler, who became just the second player ever to win THE PLAYERS Championship and the Masters in the same season, aims to add another prestigious title to his burgeoning résumé. Making his tournament debut last year, the Texan carded four rounds of 70 or better, ranking inside the top eight in fairways and greens hit, en route to a T11 finish.
Joining Scheffler at the top of the oddsboard are a pair of in-form stars:
- Xander Schauffele (+1100)
- Ludvig Åberg (+1200)
Schauffele, fresh off a solo fourth in his Harbour Town debut last year, has notched seven top-10s in just nine starts this season. Åberg, the sensational Swedish rookie, proved his Major championship mettle with a runner-up finish at the Masters in his debut.
Also in contention:
- Rory McIlroy (+1200)
- Seeking his first RBC Heritage title, will look to rebound from a disappointing showing at Augusta
- Tommy Fleetwood (+1800)
- Patrick Cantlay (+1800)
- Defending champion Matt Fitzpatrick (+2000)
- Collin Morikawa (+2200)
- Max Homa (+2200)
With the RBC Heritage’s no-cut format and a $20 million purse up for grabs, the stage is set for an enthralling week of BBC Golf, golf scores, and high-stakes golf action at the iconic Harbour Town layout.
