Rickie Fowler Wins Masters Par 3 Contest with Impressive 5-Under 22

(April 5, 2023 – Augusta, GA) In a tradition-rich prelude to the highly anticipated Masters Tournament, Rickie Fowler emerged victorious in the annual Par 3 Contest at Augusta National Golf Club on Wednesday. Fowler carded a remarkable 5-under 22 to claim the coveted crystal bowl awarded to the Par 3 Contest winner.

Fowler finished two strokes clear of a trio of runners-up:

• Sepp Straka
• J.T. Poston
• Amateur Santiago de la Fuente

The Par 3 Contest, a beloved Masters week tradition, was played on the course’s nine-hole par-3 layout, with players teaming up in groups of up to three and often accompanied by families serving as caddies.
