The upcoming Zurich Classic of New Orleans will feature an impressive field, with at least six of the world’s top 16 players committed to the event. The PGA TOUR’s team tournament, set to take place April 25-28 at TPC Louisiana, has already seen several notable pairings announced.

Defending champions Patrick Cantlay and Xander Schauffele, both ranked inside the top 10 globally, will look to defend their 2022 Zurich Classic title. The acclaimed duo, who are also frequent partners in team events like the Ryder Cup and Presidents Cup, finished runner-up at the 2023 edition.

Other high-profile teams include Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry, the latter of whom has played in three previous Zurich Classics. Will Zalatoris will team up with Sahith Theegala, while two-time major winner Collin Morikawa will compete alongside Kurt Kitayama, the 2022 Arnold Palmer Invitational champion.

The field will also feature several sets of brothers, including the University of Texas graduates Pierceson and Parker Coody, as well as the DP World Tour standouts Rasmus and Nicolai Højgaard.
